AIMEN is a Spanish nonprofit research and technology center that supports industry through applied R&D in advanced manufacturing, materials processing, industrial automation, sensors, robotics, artificial intelligence and process digitization.
AIMEN has a team of 316 professionals from 21 nationalities, including 56 PhD holders. AIMEN is currently involved in 130 R&D&I projects and has provided more than 3,200 technological services to over 430 companies in 17 countries, helping to transform industrial processes.
Role in GRAIL
AIMEN leads industrial co-design, systems integration and validation of GRAIL, translating end-user needs into requirements, KPIs and reproducible test procedures. AIMEN brings its expertise in sensors, robotics, platform integration, human-robot collaboration, safety and industrial testing to use cases.
