GRAIL will launch three Open Calls to involve companies, research organisations and innovation actors in the development, validation and adoption of its foundation model for robotics.
Through more than €10 million in financial support to third parties, the project will fund over 40 complementary projects focused on data generation, industrial validation and the adoption of GRAIL technologies in new sectors and application scenarios.
Selected projects will also be connected to GRAIL’s Testing Hubs: four European validation environments where companies and innovators will be able to test robotics and AI solutions, access technical support and validate their developments in realistic industrial conditions.

Build on datasets, models and protocols developed within GRAIL, and explore how they can be applied to new robotics and AI challenges.

Summit brings the GRAIL model closer to real industrial use. This phase will focus on explainability, human supervision, large-scale industrial validation and pathways for future adoption by companies.
